I recently visited Street Kebab Romford and I was genuinely impressed! their Rice Bowl and Signature Burger are the real starsI tried the rice bowl - it was so fresh, perfectly seasoned, great portion size and full of flavour. Their signature burger was also juicy, well cooked and absolutely delicious Great value for money. The shop is very clean, modern and has a great vibe. What makes this place even better is the amazing staff.A special thanks to Abdul, Rashid and Sadaf- they were so friendly, welcoming and professional. Super fast service, always smiling and they make sure everything is perfect. You can tell they really care about customers. One of the best spots in Romford Highly recommended

Very disappointing and serious experience I ordered a Beef Shawarma Wrap. When my order arrived, I immediately noticed that it was not beef shawarma. It looked like a doner wrap, and in my opinion it appeared to be turkey or another type of meat, but it was definitely not what I expected from genuine beef shawarma. I have worked as a chef in restaurants for around 20 years, so I know the difference between beef and other types of meat. I first spoke to the staff member who served me. She then called the owner over, and I explained my complaint clearly. Unfortunately, instead of listening and trying to resolve the problem, the owner argued with me and treated me very disrespectfully. He even told me, “If you don’t like it, throw it away.” My complaint is not only about the food. My concern is that I ordered Beef Shawarma but was given something that I strongly believe was not beef, and when I raised the issue, the owner refused to properly acknowledge or investigate my concern. Customers have the right to receive exactly what they order and to be treated with respect when they raise a genuine complaint. I found this experience extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that the management takes this matter seriously and makes sure customers are clearly and honestly informed about the meat they are being served.
